- 5 The Wisdom of BelongingHi Loves, Here is a journaling prompt for you to play with to allow the wisdom within to speak to you. I love to explore this prompt right after a Yoga Nidra practice. PROMPT: Hi Love, it's me, your spirit (or whatever name you have for the something more that moves through you - soul, love, etc) I am here. I am always here and I want you to know/to remember... Once you have written out the wisdom within you, take a moment to thank your 'spirit' for the guidance and support in your own way. Love you all, M
- 5 The Wisdom of BelongingLet's all share photos, writings, images, art, other creations that inspire/enliven/embolden/express/carry the 'something more' for you. Here's one from me: A whole field on fire, in the face of an oncoming storm... Moments later a giant white owl flew through on a huge gust of wind. I was on my way to walk my Dad through his last days and was blessed by this grandeur. This reminder of where he was going carried us both. ❤️ (share yours in the comments)

Emotions are the ripples and waves that arise from the turning, turnings of the samskaras. Feelings are the embodied experience of thought and (experience? or?). They weave together the 3 (?) - Ok I realize that I missed a few details here 😂 - so I wanted to reach out for those details here. Maybe it's an office hour question. Anyway, I want to understand this because I find in myself that Emotions and Feelings are really tightly woven together, with the Thoughts just putting gas on them. I am not sure how one picks them apart. Anyone?
